Area leaders at the Helm of Project Management

Helm has recently moved into The Corner. Established over 30 years ago and previously known as Ward Robinson; they deliver high standard and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy Services including Project Management and Cost Consultancy.

They are currently working on large scale projects across the UK including multi-million-pound urban redevelopment schemes in South Shields, Rotherham and Scarborough. One such scheme, Forge Island in the heart of Rotherham, boasts a new 8 screen cinema, 69-bed hotel and 2500 square feet of food and beverage amenities. Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Residential projects in Guildford, London, Edinburgh and Glasgow confirm that they are a small team with a large reach.

They love being based at The Corner as it is a fantastic base to meet staff and clients from other areas; access from the nearby Central Station and other transport links is excellent. They particularly like having Miller and Carter downstairs too! They tell us that they love the feel of the place which is made so welcoming by the lovely staff, for whom nothing is too much trouble!
